Call Detail Records

These instructions will walk you through Call Detail Records in the MarketSpark Command Center.

This article will cover what your location will provide, along with the ability to view and download Call Detail Records in the app.

What are (Call Detail Records) CDRs

CDRs are a record about phone calls that pass through your location's phone system. The call details include timestamp, from and to number, call duration, and direction.

  • MarketSpark stores up to 24 months of CDRs. We do not keep a history of your CDRs before date of hardware install
    • MarketSpark anonymizes CDRs that are older than 18 months
    • MarketSpark deletes CDRs that are older than 24 months
  • CMDC only keeps 30 days of history in system. If there are no logs for the past 30 days, CMDC will look for past 90 days.

Access CDRs

Through Lines table

  1. Navigate to the Lines table through Overview icon on the nav side bar
  2. If you would like to view CDRs for a specific line, click on the phone number hyperlink in the Phone Number column of the Lines table

Through the Lines Tab

  1. Navigate to the Locations table through the Overview icon the nav side bar
  2. Click on the number hyperlink in the Name column of the Locations table
  3. Navigate to the Lines tab to view all a location's lines
  4. Click on the phone number hyperlink in the Phone Number column of the Lines table

Download CDRs

You can download 30 days of Location or Organizational CDRs in CMDC.

Organization Home Page

  1. Navigate to the Organizations home page through the Overview icon the nav side bar
  2. Choose Call Detail Records on the Data card and click the Download button
    • CMDC will provide all CDRs on file for your organization in the past 30 days in a .csv file format
    • If you need more than 30 days, please reach out to Support.

Location General Tab

  1. Navigate to the General tab view the Locations table
  2. Click the Export Data in the Call Detail Records card
    • CMDC will provide all CDRs on file for this location in the past 30 days in a .csv file format
    • If you need more than 30 days, please reach out to Support.
