MarketSpark's Command Center Location view allows users to view and interact with their location, lines, and equipment. Users can navigate to the Location view through the Locations table "Name" column or Diagnostic card on the Dashboard.
Location
The location page consists of a header and the general, lines, diagnostics, and equipment tabs.
Location header
The Location header displays the following information.
- Location name and status
- Online - green
- Trouble - orange
- Offline - red

- Name
- Site and e-911 address
- Site access information
- Site contacts
General tab
The General tab displays all relevant background information on the Location.
- Site Information card
- All information inputted into Location Creation/Edit will be displayed here
- Contacts card
- All MarketSpark, Organizational, and Location contacts
- Media card
- All media uploaded by your MarketSpark service delivery team
- Notes card
- Create and review notes relevant to a sites information not already stored
- Call Detail Records card
- Insights card

Insights card displays a location's total calls and minutes
- Filterable by All, Inbound, and Outbound
- Filterable by Day, Week, and Month

Lines tab
The Lines tab displays all relevant background information on the Location.
- The lines tab will display a table with line status, type, and if any additional features enabled
- Users are able to edit a line's detail information and e-911 address
Diagnostics tab
The Diagnostics tab displays vital information on your power source and signal.
- Power Source card
- Power source status - AC or DC
- Battery state - will let you know if battery is low, good, or needs replacement
- Signal card
- Signal quality and metrics
- Gateway card
- General information about your installed gateway
Equipment tab
The Equipment tab will show all equipment installed at the location.
