Dashboard
Snapshot of your Location and Line count statuses.

Organization home page
Ability to edit an organization's contact information and download Organizational and/or Call Detail Records.

Locations table
The Locations table gives you the ability to see all your locations, statuses, and edit information. To see more information such as equipment, lines, and CDRs; navigate to the Location through the Name column.

Location

General tab: The general tab is where all the Location information is stored, such as address, e-911 address, contacts, media, notes, and call detail records.
Lines tab: The lines tab is where all a Location's line information is stored. Users can navigate to a specific lines Call Detail Records, add call forwarding, edit line details, and line e-911.

Diagnostics tab: The diagnostics tab gives users vital information about their power source and signal quality.
Equipment tab: The equipment tab displays all equipment at an organization's location. Along with SIM ICCIDs, and installed and/or replacement equipment.
Lines table
The lines table displays all your organizations lines along with status and location. Users can navigate to a specific lines Call Detail Records, add call forwarding, edit line details, and line e-911.

Call Detail Records
The CDR page displays all calls in and out for a line at a location, with call time and date.

Support

Users table
Users can find all of their organization's users at the user table and create, edit, and delete their organization's users.

Profile
User can find and edit their profile information here.

Notifications
User can opt-in/out and review all their personal notifications. MarketSpark Command Center auto-generates support tickets when a site or power source goes offline. CMDC, allows users to opt-in/out to those alerts.
