Instructions for User roles to interact with the Locations page.
The Locations pages has the following features:
- Search Location
- Locations Table
The Locations table displays the following information:
- Status
- Location Geographical Information
- Installed Lines and Equipment Counts
- Admin Information with Install Dates and Location Notification Status
- Billing Dates
- Edit Location
The Locations table allows a user to Search a Location.
- Search bar: This feature allows a user to search relevant information at a location, such as Name, Address, DID, MAC Address, etc.
The Locations table allows a user to filter the following statuses. The statuses include All, Online, Trouble, Offline, and No Status. Users can quickly distinguish status of a location via color. These colors are:
- Purple: All Locations (only available via status pills)
- Green: Online – no lines offline
- Yellow: Trouble – 1 offline line will trigger this status
- Red: Offline – 2 of more offline will trigger this status
- Gray: No Status – hardware has not been installed
The Locations table shows user background information about a Location. This information is:
- Expand Icon shows all information about a location
- Location name and address with hyperlink to location General tab
The Locations table shows Line counts and Equipment counts (pre-bundle) and Bundle SKU.
The Locations table shows Admin and Billing information.
- Admin: Install date and Notification activation for Location
- Billing: Effective date of Install and start of billing customer
