Editing a Location from the Locations table.
To edit a location, click the Show More icon at the far right of the locations table and the Edit Location modal will appear and show 5 tabs that need to be filled out.
Tab One - Org Information
- Division - Customer must have divisions. Divisions can be created in the Create or Edit locations modals found at the Organizations table and Organization home page.
- SiteID - SiteID
Tab Two - Location Address
- Location address is required and can be updated here.
Tab Three - e911 Address
- User can update e911 address here.
Tab Four - Site access information
- User can update background information about the telecom closet location
Tab Five - Location contacts
- User can add Location primary and secondary contacts that already exist within the Organization attached to the Location
- New contacts need to be created by a Super Admin on the Contacts page
- Contacts do not have access to CMDC
